Cambiamento in vista.

Lascerò questo piccolo centro della Sardegna per spostarmi sulla costa sud, S. Antioco e dintorni.
Osservando i boschi e le colline che salgono verso la montagna più alta della Sardegna, provo un senso di tristezza. Questi boschi mi hanno osservato, e li ho osservati, per quasi quaranta anni.
Ma il piacere di ritornare verso il mare, quel mare che mi ha visto nascere, mi entusiasma.
Non so se sarà un trasferimento definitivo, non c'è nulla di definitivo nella vita, ma accetto questo cambiamento con una certa energia che mi rimette in moto.
Per molti, è difficile cambiare, ma so già che troverò stimoli e forze per continuare a scoprire questo mondo ed il mondo interiore, come sempre.
Cambiamento.

Sentimenti aggressivi - Aggressive feelings

La nostra mente è piena di concetti e di credenze di ogni genere, ed oltre a questo, ci troviamo dinanzi  alla nostra aggressività, all’odio, alla cupidigia, ed a tutti quei sentimenti che fanno di noi,  esseri che pensano di proteggersi dagli altri attaccandoli. 
Tutti i sentimenti aggressivi che esprimiamo sono rivolti alla nostra protezione. Questo è quello che pensiamo. Dobbiamo essere in grado di difendere la nostra patria, la nostra nazione, la nostra razza, la nostra religione, il nostro cortile e quindi esprimiamo questa aggressività costantemente.
Anche quando siamo tranquilli, teniamo i sistemi di allarme sempre pronti a scattare. Non sappiamo essere davvero rilassati. Viviamo sempre nella paura di qualcosa.
Questo accade soprattutto perché la nostra mente è abituata a ragionare in forma di protezione. Non sa vivere in forma di libertà, di serenità reale. Ha paura di perdere il controllo.
Questo controllo ha una direzione, ed è quello di farci credere che soltanto in questo modo possiamo garantirci una certa tranquillità. Questa tranquillità ci viene rafforzata dalla convinzione che la nostra società, la nostra nazione, la nostra religione, siano potenti protezioni contro ogni male. Abbiamo dalla nostra parte Dio, lo Stato, e tutti i concetti delle filosofie che si sono trovati un posto nella nostra mente.

This tranquility there is reinforced by the belief that our society, our nation, our religion, are powerful protection against all evil. Quello che mi chiedo è se la nostra mente abbia soltanto questo metodo esteriore di porsi dinanzi alla vita. Io penso di no. Penso che abbiamo la possibilità di osservarci in un altro modo, e questo modo è quello di osservarci dall’interno di noi stessi.
Non sto dicendo che sia qualcosa di facile, sto dicendo che è possibile.
Per osservarci dall’interno dobbiamo avere il coraggio di abbandonare tutto ciò che abbiamo appreso dall’esterno. Abbandonare le ideologie, le religioni, i concetti, le filosofie, i maestri, i santi i guru e così via.
Dobbiamo abbandonare tutte queste cose e trovarci soli con noi stessi.
Niente indicazioni, niente cartelli, niente tecniche. Noi e soltanto noi.
A questo punto possiamo cominciare a conoscerci, a guardare davvero cosa c’è dentro di noi.
Per molti è qualcosa di impossibile. Molti non riescono nemmeno a pensare di abbandonare le loro idee, le loro credenze, la loro fede.
Questo accade perché si ha paura si scoprire come siamo realmente.




 


What I wonder is if our mind has only this method outside of yourself before the life. I do not think so. I think we have the opportunity to observe us in another way, and that way is to observe us from within ourselves.I'm not saying that it is something easy, I'm saying it's possible.To observe us from within we must have the courage to give up everything we have learned from the outside. La tendenza a rivolgerci all’esterno, ci viene dal sistema che è stato impiegato per passarci le informazioni fin da bambini. Viene insegnato a fare in questo modo, viene insegnato a parlare in questo modo, viene insegnato a vestire in questo modo e così via. Ma nessuno insegna a osservare se quanto ci viene insegnato per operare nella vita sociale, sia lo stesso che viviamo interiormente.

Ogni cosa ci viene dall’esterno ed ogni cosa ci obbliga a ragionare dall’esterno. Tutto il mondo è fuori di noi. Ogni cosa che apprendiamo ci viene dagli altri. E gli altri hanno appreso tutto questo, da altri ancora.
Nessuno si è mai chiesto se è davvero il modo migliore di vivere.
La nostra mente, continuando a vivere con questo metodo, è stata relegata nei recessi più lontani della nostra consapevolezza. Noi, non ci sentiamo più. Non ci vediamo più. Non sappiamo più chi siamo.
Il nostro essere interiore è fatto di esterno. Non troviamo più la nostra identità interiore. Non riusciamo più nemmeno a scorgerla. Siamo sotterrati da tonnellate di esteriorità.
E non è un caso che la maggior parte dei network, basano la loro fortuna economica su immagini,  su brevi frasi, e sulla velocità. Tutte cose che non permettono alla mente di soffermarsi per assorbire il senso profondo di quanto si sta osservando.

Certo, direte che ci sono persone che hanno realizzato stati di coscienza superiori, e lo dimostrano con i loro discorsi e con i loro comportamenti, ma sono davvero realizzati interiormente? Oppure hanno raggiunto uno stato di condizionamento perfetto, e quindi si sentono perfetti?
La loro perfezione, in qualsiasi caso, non può essere trasmessa ad altri.
Così, un santo, un guru realizzato, un grande Maestro, non può fare nulla per gli altri. E questo lo possiamo osservare andando a leggere le loro biografie. Hanno lasciato grandi discorsi, grandi parole, tecniche di meditazioni sempre più complesse, ma tutti quelli che hanno deciso di seguirli, non hanno raggiunto alcuna illuminazione. Forse un po’ di serenità, una calma interiore obbligata da tecniche insistenti per una vita, ma niente di altro. Al massimo sono diventati copia del loro guru.
Così credo che se una persona decida di eseguire degli esercizi per anni ed anni, appare normale che abbia qualche risultato che può apparire magico, e che si possano fare cose che altri non possono fare.  Ma non è altro che l’insistenza costante e maniacale che costringe la mente, ad un certo punto, a trasformare qualche cosa nella sua naturalità, diventando qualcosa che non è e che non dovrebbe essere.

La lunga storia dell’umanità ci riporta quanto abbiamo fatto fino adesso. E se osserviamo bene, possiamo vedere che alcune cose sono davvero evidenti. Le religioni di ogni parte del mondo, ci hanno insegnato una prima e terribile verità, una verità che non sono più disposto ad accettare, una verità che mi è stata inculcata con la forza e l’insistenza di migliaia di anni. Questa verità è che l’uomo nasce peccatore. Che l’uomo nasce con mille difetti, che l’uomo è imperfetto, che l’uomo è sbagliato, e che solo seguendo i loro riti, le loro preghiere, i loro mantra possiamo liberarci da questo terribile male che sconvolge la nostra vita.
Mi chiedo a chi, per primo, sia venuta in mente una simile assurdità.
Su questa creazione, puramente mentale di qualcuno, si sono fondate tutte le assurdità che ci hanno portati a considerarci esseri inferiori. Ma inferiori a chi? A che cosa?
Ci hanno convinti che per liberarci dovevamo eseguire riti e preghiere, ci hanno detto che il modo migliore era quello di ritirarsi in luoghi desolati, da soli, ad umiliare il corpo, a costringere la mente a pensare solo come insegnavano loro, e con quali risultati?
L’umanità non è migliore di secoli prima, non è superiore a chi ci ha preceduto. Abbiamo solo migliorato la nostra condizione esterna, e non tutti. Interiormente, non siamo andati da nessuna parte.

Paradisi e inferni - Heavens and hells

I religiosi di ogni tempo, ci hanno sempre detto che cosa è giusto e che cosa è peccato. Ci hanno descritto paradisi dove andranno i buoni ed inferni dove andranno i cattivi. Ci hanno insegnato le preghiere, ed a recitarle ogni giorno altrimenti si finisce all’inferno, ci hanno detto come dobbiamo parlare e che cosa dobbiamo dire. Ci hanno mandati a scuola e ci hanno insegnato la storia secondo quanto loro hanno deciso di insegnarci. Ad altri gradi, hanno insegnato il digiuno, la fustigazione, il bene della sofferenza, e tante altre amenità che non potranno mai portare ad una liberazione interiore, perché ogni atto insegnato, ogni insegnamento eseguito da uno studente, non potrà mai essere liberazione, ma solo imitazione.
Alla base di tutto questo, vorrei farvi comprendere un semplice concetto.
Tutti gli insegnamenti di tutti i tempi, ci hanno detto che cosa fare, ma ce lo hanno detto partendo dall’esterno.
Ogni cosa l’abbiamo appresa da altri, dall’esterno.
E tutto quello che apprendiamo dall’esterno è qualcosa che mettiamo dentro di noi, oscurando in questo modo, tutto quello che siamo noi in noi stessi. Ci soffochiamo di concetti, dogmi, credenze che vengono sempre da qualcun altro. E crediamo alle loro parole in maniera meccanica, perché per migliaia di anni ci hanno convinti che questo sia l’unico modo di vivere.
