I religiosi di ogni tempo, ci hanno sempre detto che cosa è giusto e che cosa è peccato. Ci hanno descritto paradisi dove andranno i buoni ed inferni dove andranno i cattivi. Ci hanno insegnato le preghiere, ed a recitarle ogni giorno altrimenti si finisce all’inferno, ci hanno detto come dobbiamo parlare e che cosa dobbiamo dire. Ci hanno mandati a scuola e ci hanno insegnato la storia secondo quanto loro hanno deciso di insegnarci. Ad altri gradi, hanno insegnato il digiuno, la fustigazione, il bene della sofferenza, e tante altre amenità che non potranno mai portare ad una liberazione interiore, perché ogni atto insegnato, ogni insegnamento eseguito da uno studente, non potrà mai essere liberazione, ma solo imitazione.
Alla base di tutto questo, vorrei farvi comprendere un semplice concetto.
Tutti gli insegnamenti di tutti i tempi, ci hanno detto che cosa fare, ma ce lo hanno detto partendo dall’esterno.
Ogni cosa l’abbiamo appresa da altri, dall’esterno.
E tutto quello che apprendiamo dall’esterno è qualcosa che mettiamo dentro di noi, oscurando in questo modo, tutto quello che siamo noi in noi stessi. Ci soffochiamo di concetti, dogmi, credenze che vengono sempre da qualcun altro. E crediamo alle loro parole in maniera meccanica, perché per migliaia di anni ci hanno convinti che questo sia l’unico modo di vivere.

They taught us the prayers, and reciting them every day otherwise you end up in hell, we were told how we should speak and what we have to say. They sent us to school and have taught history as they have decided to teach. For other grades, they taught fasting, flogging, the good of the suffering, and many other amenities that will never lead to inner freedom, because every act taught, all teaching done by a student, will never be liberation, but only imitation.Underlying all this, I want you to understand a simple concept.All the teachings of all time, we were told what to do, but we have said starting from the outside.Everything we have learned from others, from the outside.And everything that we learn from the outside is something that we put in us, obscuring this way, all that we are in ourselves. We suffocate concepts, dogmas, beliefs that are always by someone else. And we believe their words in a mechanical way, because for thousands of years have convinced us that this is the only way to live.

Molti di noi scrivono continuamente, cercando di dare alle parole un senso che trasmetta i propri sentimenti. In genere, le parole che usiamo, sono quelle apprese durante la scuola, o nei mille discorsi che abbiamo fatte o ascoltato. Ma se andiamo ad osservare le parole da vicino, con attenzione analitica, ci accorgiamo che spesso, usiamo delle parole senza conoscerne a fondo il loro significato e la loro potenza.
Usiamo le parole come mezzo discorsivo veloce, spesso per chiarire i nostri pensieri immediati, ma non ci siamo mai fermati a capire da dove arrivano, da dove nascono, o perché la nostra mente usa certe parole invece che altre.
Parlare, scrivere, diventa automatico, e lo facciamo continuamente.
Eppure se andassimo ad osservare alcune parole, ad analizzarle, a scoprirne l'origine interiore, potremmo fare scoperte davvero sorprendenti.
Molto spesso, le parole dette con verità, sono inganni della nostra stessa mente che non fa altro che proteggere il proprio egoismo.










Many of us are constantly writing, trying to give a meaning to the words that conveys your feelings. Generally, the words we use are those learned in school, or in the many speeches that we have made or heard. But if we go to observe the words closely, with analytical attention, we see that often, we use the words without fully understanding their meaning and their power. We use words as a means of discursive fast, often to clarify our immediate thoughts, but we never stopped to figure out where they came from, where are born, or because our mind uses certain words rather than others. Speaking, writing, becomes automatic, and we do it continuously. Yet if we went to see some words, to analyze them, to discover its origin within, we could do really amazing discoveries. Very often, the words spoken with truth, are deceptions of our own mind that does nothing but protect their own selfishness.
